Web 1.0 is the term used to describe the first stage of development on the World Wide Web, that is, the earliest version of the Internet. These web pages didn't have visuals or controls, they were rather static.
How do you think Web 2.0 is changing language teaching?
Web 2.0 is a great opportunity that offers tools of different kinds to make teaching and learning environments more interactive. It will depend on the teacher's enthusiasm in integrating these tools that technology has into their lessons. It has broaden language input and output activities with online collaboration and learning communities.

Web 3.0 is said to be the new paradigm around the internet. It runs based on algorithms that learn your preferred choices to later give recommendations of what you may like. Websites become more intelligent.
